This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.  I used PSPX2

Note:  Abbreviations used in all my tutorials

Elements = El  Copy/Paste = C/P  Duplicate = Dup  Paper = P  Template = Temp

When Re-sizing All Layers should be Unchecked unless otherwise noted

Elements - Please reference my example for placement

New Image 760 X 700

C/P El 121  Resize 70%

Select Magic Wand  inside frame

Selections  Modify  Expand 5

C/P P 09 

Selections  Invert  Delete  Move down

C/P Large Tube  move to right  Hit Delete

Selections  Select None

Plugin  Xero Radiance  Preset settings 

Reduce Opacity to 65

C/P Tube on top of frame and position 

Select eraser or freehand selection tool clear away bottom

Add a drop Shadow to tube and frame

Settings: 2/2/40/2/Black

Layers   Merge  Merge Visible

C/P El 112 

C/P El 108   Dup  Mirror move down  Sharpen both

C/P El 99

C/P El 183  Mirror

C/P El 180

C/P El 95  

Select Eraser tool clear the top butterfly

C/P El 100  Resize 20%  Dup x 2

C/P El 51  Resize 20%  Dup x 4

Add a Drop Shadow to the elements  Excepts El 112

Same Settings as above

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible  

Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

I always use  Adjust - Sharpen - Unsharp Mask  to sharpen

Settings - Radius 4.00  Strength usually between 16 - 20  Clipping 5

I find this doesn't leave the sharp edge that just using Sharpen does

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
