New Image 700 X 700

C/P El 14  Resize 30%  Sharpen

C/P El 20  Resize 70%

C/P El 19  Resize 55%

C/P El 01  Resize 95%

C/P El 02  Resize 35%

C/P El 06  Resize 70%

C/P El 07  Resize 15%  Free rotate Right 20

C/P El 08  Resize 30%  Dup x 4  Move 2 behind fountain

C/P El 04  Resize 30%  Mirror 1

C/P  Tube  Resize 90%

Add a Drop Shadow to elements and tube

Settings: 2/2/40/2/Black

I used two masks

First mask

Select a color from tag  I use the yellow from the castle

New Raster Layer  Bring to Bottom

Selections - Select all

Flood fill with color

Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask 

I used a square mask

Select paper of choice for your mask

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Selections - Select None

Second Mask

I used paper 02

New Raster layer - Move to Bottom - Selections - Select All

C/P  P  Into Selection

Select Mask of choice  I used a circle mask

Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask 

or Open up mask and Minimize it to your work space

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible  

Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

Add Word Art Serenity  I added after resizing tag to 600 x 600

Resize WA 30%  Added a drop shadow Settings: 1/-1/100/0/Black

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
