This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.  I used PSPX2

Note:  Abbreviations used in all my tutorials

Elements = El  Copy/Paste = C/P  Duplicate = Dup  Paper = P  Template = Temp

Elements - Please reference my example for placement

New Image 700 X 700

C/P El 40

C/P El 62

C/P El 64  Mirror

C/P El 17  Dup x 3

C/P El 09  Resize 75%  Dup x 2

C/P El 49  Resize 60%

C/P El 30  Resize 70%

C/P El 51  Mirror

C/P El 98  Resize 35%  Dup x 2  Resize 1 of them 80%  Move right

C/P El 95  Resize 60%  Dup x 2  Resize 1 of them 70%  Move right

Add a Drop Shadow to elements

I used these Settings:  2/2/40/2/Black

C/P Tube  

Add a Drop Shadow same settings as above then repeat

Select paper of choice for your mask

I used paper 14 then reduced Opacity to 75% after merging

New Raster layer - Move to Bottom - Selections - Select All

C/P  P  Into Selection

Select Mask of choice

Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask 

or Open up mask and Minimize it to your work space

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible  

Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

W/A memories  I used font Round Style Basic  but you can use any font

Size 40 depending on your font.  Color I used  #c0c0c0

Add a drop shadow same as above

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
