This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.  I used PSPX2
Please be creative and choose whatever you want to make it your own.

Note:  Abbreviations used in all my tutorials
Elements = El  Copy/Paste = C/P  Duplicate = Dup  Paper = P  Template = Temp

File - New Image - 700x700

Frame 2 - Resize Frame to 390 x 475 pixels
Lock aspect ratio UNchecked - Resize all layers Checked
C/P as New Layer
Select Magic Wand - click inside frame
Selections - Modify - Expand 7
C/P Paper of choice - I used P11
Selections - Invert  - Delete - Move Paper to bottom
C/P Tube - Resize if needed - Position where you want it
Duplicate tube then close out duplicate - with original selected hit delete
Selections - Select None - Move behind Frame
Select/ Open Dup Tube (top tube) With Eraser or your Freehand Selection Tube
get rid of excess tube on bottom
Effects - Plug-ins - Xero Porcelain - Preset settings Except change Blue to 0
On bottom tube add a drop shadow
Effects - 3d - Drop Shadow I used setting 2/2/40/4 black
Repeat Shadow on Frame
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible - Move Left

Elements - Please reference my example for placement
C/P El 18 - Resize 80%
C/P El 70 - Resize 50% - Image - Free Rotate Right 90 - Mirror
C/P El 86 - Mirror
C/P El 76 - Resize 55% - Dup - Mirror
C/P El 23 - Resize 35%
C/P El 68

Text Tool - Select a Font  - I used Janagrace  Size 36 Pixels  Bold
Type out the words  Kiss Me
Effects - 3D - Inner Bevel
Settings - Bevel 2  Width 2  Smoothness 3  Depth 2 Amb. 0 Shininess 12
Angle 315 Intensity 50 Elevation 30  Color white
Add a Drop Shadow - I used 1/1/40/0 Black

Select paper of choice for your mask
I used paper 06
Edit - Copy paper
New Raster Layer
Move to Bottom
Selections - Select All   Edit - Paste into selection
Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask
I used Mask  Vix Mask 404
or Open a mask and Minimize it to your work space
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
