This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.  I used PSPX2

Please be creative and choose whatever you want to make it your own.

Note:  Abbreviations used in all my tutorials

Elements = El  Copy/Paste = C/P  Duplicate = Dup  Paper = P  Template = Temp

When Re-sizing All Layers should be Unchecked unless otherwise noted

Elements - Please reference my example for placement

New Image 700 X 700

C/P El 91  Dup  Mirror  Merge Down

C/P El 06  Resize 70%

C/P El 27  Resize 85%

C/P El 93  Resize 50%  

Dup move right  

Select Freehand Selection Tool   

Settings: Point to Point   Mode - Add  Feather - 0  Smoothing - 5  Anti-alias - checked

Select down and around the end of  the right fence to clear end

Hit Delete   Selections  Selection none

C/P El 99  Resize 60%  

C/P El 85  Resize 35% 

C/P El 21  Resize 20%  Dup resize 90%  Dup mirror

C/P El 83  Resize 50%  Dup move right

C/P El 100  Resize 50%

C/P El 26  Resize 60%

C/P El 31  Resize 15%

Add a Drop Shadow to elements

I used these Settings:  2/2/40/2/Black

C/P Tube  

Add a Drop Shadow same settings as above

Select paper of choice for your mask

I used paper 78

New Raster layer - Move to Bottom - Selections - Select All

C/P  P  Into Selection

**Merge Down El 91

Select Mask of choice

Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask 

or Open up mask and Minimize it to your work space

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible  

Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
