This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.  I used PSPX2

Please be creative and choose whatever you want to make it your own.

Note:  Abbreviations used in all my tutorials

Elements = El  Copy/Paste = C/P  Duplicate = Dup  Paper = P  Template = Temp

When Re-sizing All Layers should be Unchecked unless otherwise noted

Elements - Please reference my example for placement

New Image 700 X 700

C/P El 93  Resize 70%

Select the Magic Wand tool

Settings:  Mode Add - Match mode RGB - Tolerance 0

Use all layers /Contiguous Checked - Feather 0 - Anti alias Checked - Outside

Holding down the Shift key Select Magic Wand inside each frame

Selections - Modify - Expand 5

C/P P 14  Resize 70%  Move down

Selections  Invert  Delete

Selections  Select None

Add a Drop Shadow  Settings 2/2/50/0/Black then Repeat with -2/-2

C/P El 39  Resize 80%

C/P El 41  Resize 60%

C/P El 27  Resize 55%

C/P El 50  Resize 50%

C/P El 58  Resize 40%

C/P El 13  Resize 30%

C/P El 14  Resize 30%

Add a Drop Shadow to elements

I used these Settings:  2/2/40/2/Black

C/P Tube   Resize 40%

Plugin Xero Porcelain  Settings:  Preset settings Change blue to 0

Add a Drop Shadow same settings as above then Repeat

Select paper of choice for your mask

I used paper  13

New Raster layer - Move to Bottom - Selections - Select All

C/P  P  Into Selection

Select Mask of choice

Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask 

or Open up mask and Minimize it to your work space

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible  

Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

I always use  Adjust - Sharpen - UnSharp Mask  to sharpen

Settings - Radius 4.00  Strength between 16 - 22  Clipping 5

I find this doesn't leave the sharp edge that just using Sharpen does

** I added  Adjust - Brightness and Contrast - Clarify 3

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
