This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.  I used PSPX2

Elements = El  Copy/Paste = C/P  Duplicate = Dup  Paper = P  Template = Temp

Elements - Please reference my example for placement

New Image 700 X 700

C/P El 128                                          

C/P El 86  Dup x 2                            

C/P El 65  Resize 80%                    

C/P El 14  Resize 80%                      

Select Magic Wand - Right click inside frame

Selections - Modify - Expand 9

C/P P 17

Selections - Invert - Delete

Arrange - Move paper below frame

C/P Tube Resize  If using same tube I resized 70%

C/P El 66  Resize 50%  Flip                

C/P El 46  Resize 40%  Dup Resize 85%  Dup Resize 85%           

C/P El 44 Mirror                           

C/P El 107  Resize 75%               

C/P El 129  Resize 30%               

Add a Drop Shadow to your Elements  Except Elements 86, 128 and 46

I used these Settings:  2/2/40/2/Black

Add a Drop Shadow to Tube  I used same as above the Repeat

Mask

I selected two colors from tag and made a Gradient

Colors:  Foreground  #f3caf8   Background  #cb94d8

Settings:  Style Radial   Angle 0   Repeat 5

New raster layer - flood fill with Gradient

Select Mask of choice

Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask 

or Open up mask and Minimize it to your work space

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible  

Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
