This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.  I used PSPX2

New Image 700 X 700

C/P El 94  Resize 70%
Select Magic Wand - Right click inside frame
Selections - Modify - Expand 7
C/P P 15 Into Selection
C/P El 21 Into Selection  Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen More
Selection - Select None

C/P El 91  Image - Free Rotate Left 90 - Resize 85% - Dup - Mirror

C/P El 58  Flip

C/P El 04  Move Down - Dup - Mirror - Merge Down - Dup - Flip

C/P El 104  Resize 60%  Mirror

C/P El 103  Resize 60%  Dup - Image Flip - Image Free Rotate Right 90

C/P El 28 Resize 65%

C/P El 42  Resize 35%

C/P El 57  Resize 35%

C/P El 47  Resize 30% - Free Rotate Right 35 - Sharpen More

Add a Drop Shadow to your Elements
I used these Settings:   Effects - 3D - Drop Shadow  Settings: 2/2/40/2/Black

C/P Tube  Resize
Add a Drop Shadow I used settings: 2/2/40/5/Black - Repeat

Select paper of choice for your mask
I used paper  13
New Raster layer - Move to Bottom - Selections - Select All
C/P  P  Into Selection
Select Mask of choice
Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask
or Open up mask and Minimize it to your work space
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
