Elements = El  Copy/Paste = C/P  Duplicate = Dup  Paper = P  Template = Temp

New Image 700 X 700

C/P El 72  Dup Move one right one left

C/P El 62  Resize 80%

C/P El 61  Dup Mirror  Select Eraser to trim the top

C/P El 85  Resize 85%  Mirror

C/P El 18  Resize 60%

C/P El 83  Resize 50%

C/P El 78  Resize 40%

C/P El 93  Resize 35%  Dup

C/P El 90  Resize 40%

C/P El 89  Resize 35%

Add a Drop Shadow to your Elements  

I used these Settings:  2/2/40/2/Black

C/P Tube  Resize 85%  Erase signature  - Mirror

Add a Drop Shadow to Tube

Settings:  3/1/60/7/Black

Effects:  Plugins Xero Porcelain  Preset settings except change blue to 0

Select paper of choice for your mask

I used paper 

New Raster layer - Move to Bottom - Selections - Select All

C/P  P  Into Selection

Select Mask of choice

Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask 

or Open up mask and Minimize it to your work space

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible  

Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
