Elements = El  Copy/Paste = C/P  Duplicate = Dup  Paper = P  Template = Temp

Elements - Please reference my example for placement

New Image 700 X 700

C/P El 82

C/P El 15  Resize 80%

C/P El 113  Resize 60%

C/P El 85  Resize 70%

C/P El 105  Resize 70%  Mirror

C/P El 106  Dup x 4  Mirror 2 of  them
Move 1 Mirrored  to bottom Move to Right

C/P El 53  Resize 50%

C/P El 61  Resize 60%

C/P El 16  Resize 45%  Dup x 2

C/P El 07  Resize 50%

C/P El 73  Resize 40%

C/P El 27  Resize 50%

C/P El 79  Resize 35%  Dup x 5
Spread it around to fill (see my example)

Add a Drop Shadow to your Elements  Except El 82 (cloud)
I used these Settings: 2/2/40/2/Black

C/P Secrets Of Spring tube Resize 40%

C/P Sweet Melancholy tube 35%

Add a Drop Shadow to tubes Settings: 2/2/60/1/Black

Select paper of choice for your mask
I used paper  014
New Raster layer - Move to Bottom - Selections - Select All
C/P  P  Into Selection
Select Mask of choice
Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask
or Open up mask and Minimize it to your work space
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
