This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.  I used PSPX2
Please be creative and choose whatever you want to make it your own.

Note:  Abbreviations used in all my tutorials
Elements = El  Copy/Paste = C/P  Duplicate = Dup  Paper = P  Template = Temp

Elements - Please reference my example for placement

New Image 700 x 700

C/P El 01   Resize  60%
Select Magic Wand - Right click inside frame
Selections - Modify - Expand 8
C/P P 06
Selections - Invert - Delete
Arrange - Move paper down
C/P Tube Resize tube
If using the same tube I used resize 70%
Delete
Change Blend Mode to Luminance (L)
Effects - Plug-in - Xero Porcelain
Settings - Default settings Except change Blue to 0
Drop Shadow - Settings 3/3/40/3/Black
Add a Drop Shadow to the Frame
Settings 2/2/40/4/Black  Repeat but change to -2/-2
Layers - Merge visible

C/P El 28  Dup x 3  Arrange  Send to Bottom

C/P El 06  Dup - Mirror - Flip

C/P El 68  Resize 60%  - Mirror

C/P El 17  Resize 50%   Dup x 2

C/P El 03  Resize 70%

C/P El 46  Resize 50%  Free rotate Right 90

C/P El 106  Resize 40%

C/P El 57  Resize 50%  Free rotate Right 90

C/P El 100  Resize 40%  Dup

Add a Drop Shadow to your Elements
I used these Settings:   Effects - 3D - Drop Shadow  2/2//40/4/Black

C/P Tube  Resize 40%
Plug-in Xero Porcelain Same settings as above
Drop Shadow Settings:  4/4/50/5/Black

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Select paper of choice for your mask
I used paper  12
New Raster layer - Move to Bottom - Selections - Select All
C/P  P  Into Selection
Select Mask of choice
Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask
or Open up mask and Minimize it to your work space
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
