Add a Drop Shadow to your Elements  

I used these Settings:  2/2/40/2/Black

C/P Tube  Resize 90%

Add a Drop Shadow to your Tube 

I used these Settings:  same as above then repeat once

Select paper of choice for your mask

I used paper  012

New Raster layer - Move to Bottom - Selections - Select All

C/P  P  Into Selection

Select Mask of choice

Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask 

or Open up mask and Minimize it to your work space

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Selections - Select None

Select two colors from your tag for the text

I used Foreground #3237bc   Background  #d62929

Text tool - Select a font I used Cambria

Settings:  Size 55 pixels /B/ Anti-alias Sharp/ Stoke 2/ Vector

Effects: Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow  

Settings:  Select the Color tab and select Fat

Select the Basic tab - Glow Width 3.00  Soft Corners 0%  Opacity 100%

Add a Drop Shadow - Same as above

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible  

Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
