This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.  I used PSPX2

Elements = El  Copy/Paste = C/P  Duplicate = Dup  Paper = P  Template = Temp

C/P El 56  Resize 70%

C/P El 107  Resize 50% - Dup - Mirror

C/P El 64  Dup x 3 - Mirror 2 of them

C/P  El 16  Dup x 2  Place around the grass - Merge Down
Select your Eraser tool or Freehand selection tool and get rid of excess

C/P El 115  Resize 85%

C/P El 122  Resize 20%

C/P El 124  Resize 20%

C/P El 49  Resize 30%
Dup-Resize 80% - Dup - Resize 80% - Mirror

C/P El 29  Resize 40% - Dup x 6

C/P El 99  Resize 25%

C/P El 88  Resize 30%
Dup x 5 - Mirror 2 of them

C/P El 62  Resize 35%

Add a Drop Shadow to your Elements
I used these Settings:   Effects - 3D - Drop Shadow  2/2/40/2/Black

C/P Tube  Resize 35%
Plug-in Xero Porcelain - Default settings Except change Blue to 0
Add a Drop Shadow Settings:  3/3/50/0/Black

Select paper of choice for your mask
I used paper 09
New Raster layer - Move to Bottom - Selections - Select All
C/P  P  Into Selection
Select Mask of choice
Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask
or Open up mask and Minimize it to your work space
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
