This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.  I used PSPX2

Elements = El  Copy/Paste = C/P  Duplicate = Dup  Paper = P  Template = Temp

New Raster Layer 700 x 700

Elements - Please reference my example for placement
C/P El 22  Resize 70%
C/P El 03  Resize 50%
Plug-in Lokas 3D Shadow
Settings:  Only Outside Checked - Blur 100 - Transparency 49 - Angle X 2 - Angle Y - 2 - Angle Z 0
Zoom 100 - Offset X 4 - Offset Y 0 - Perspective 100  Color Red - Click OK then repeat

   

C/P El 48  Resize 50%  Dup - Resize 80% - Mirror
C/P El 11  Resize 45%  Dup - Mirror - Erase part of the branch bottoms off
C/P El 27  Resize 70%
C/P El 08  Resize 35%  Dup X 2
C/P El 03  Resize 50%  Dup - Resize 95% - Mirror move behind bench
C/P El 23  Resize 40%  Dup
C/P El 07  Resize 40%  Dup - Resize 80% - Dup - Resize 80

Now add a Drop Shadow to your Elements
I used these Settings:   Effects - 3D - Drop Shadow  2/2/50/2/ Black
Same for tube except I did a repeat

Select paper of choice for your mask
I used paper o6
C/P  P as New Layer
Move to Bottom
Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask
or Open a mask and Minimize it to your work space
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK
Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
