This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.  I used PSPX2
Please be creative and choose whatever you want to make it your own.

Note:  Abbreviations used in all my tutorials
Elements = El  Copy/Paste = C/P  Duplicate = Dup  Paper = P  Template = Temp

New raster layer 700 x 700

Select paper of choice for your mask
I used paper 06
C/P  P as New Layer
Move to Bottom
Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask    MC mask 17
or Open a mask and Minimize it to your work space
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK
Layers - Merge - Merge Group

New Layer - Flood fill with a Gradient
I used colors Foreground #810201 Background #c70501
Settings:   Style Radial - Angle 135 - Repeats 4
Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask
I used Vix Mask 34
or Open a mask and Minimize it to your work space
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK
Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Effects - Texture Effects - Texture
Select a texture, I used Cobblestone
Settings:  Size 45%  Smoothness 10  Depth 12  Ambience -5   Shininess 12
Angle 315  Intensity 50  Elevation 30

   
Elements - Please reference my example for placement
C/P El 36  Resize 60% - Change Blend mode to Luminance
C/P El 28  Resize 30% - Dup - Resize 90% - Dup - Resize 85%
C/P El 02  Image - Rotate - Free rotate Right 70 - Image Flip
C/P El 11
C/P El 06  Resize 50%
C/P El 03  Resize 50%
C/P El 22  Resize 65%
C/P El 05  Resize 35%
C/P El o4  Resize 40%

Now add a Drop Shadow to your Elements
I used these Settings:   Effects - 3D - Drop Shadow  2/2/60/2 Black

C/P Tube  Resize 85%
Add a Drop Shadow  I used  settings 4/4/50/ 15 Black

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

For the name I found a Graffiti style font.  I used one called Ruthless Drippin One
For the color I changed the Background to the yellow from tube
Your Foreground should stay as Gradient of red and yellow
Font settings:  Size 48  Sharp   Stroke 1  Vector
Drop shadow used same as Tube

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info.
