This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.  I used PSPX2

Elements = El  Copy/Paste = C/P  Duplicate = Dup  Paper = P  Template = Temp

Elements - Please reference my example for placement

C/P El 01  Resize 120%

C/P El 24  Image - Free Rotate - Right 45

C/P El 03  Resize 50%

C/P El 20

C/P El 21  Resize  85%

C/P El 19  Resize 50%

C/P El 11  Resize 30% repeat - Dup - Mirror

Add a Drop Shadow on all your elements

Effects - 3D - Drop Shadow I used Settings 2/2/40/2 Black

C/P Tube  Resize 80%

Effects - Plug in Porcelain Xero set at default settings except change Blue to 0

Effects - 3D - Drop Shadow I used Settings 4/4/40/4 Black

Select paper of choice for your mask

I used paper 01

C/P  P as New Layer

Move to Bottom

Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask of choice

or Open a mask and Minimize it to your work space

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible  

Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
