This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.  I used PSPX2

Please be creative and choose whatever you want to make it your own.

Elements = El  Copy/Paste = C/P  Duplicate = Dup  Paper = P  Template = Temp

C/P P 03 - Change Blend mode to Saturation (Legacy)

Layers - Merge Visible

Select a Mask - I used WSL 345

Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk 

or Open a mask and Minimize it to your work space

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Elements - Please reference my example for placement

C/P El 30 - Resize 25%

C/P El 26 - Resize 10% - Dup x 2 - Resize the first one 95%

C/P El 13 - Resize 65% - Mirror

C/P El 20 - Resize 15% - Dup - Mirror - Resize 90%

C/P El 28 - Resize 10% - Dup - Mirror - Resize 90%

C/P El 39 - Resize 10% - Dup X 2 - Mirror one of them

C/P El 31 - Resize 40% - Image - Free Rotate Right 90

C/P El 38 - Resize 25%

C/P El 03 - Resize 10% - Dup x 4 - Mirror 2 of them

C/P El 36 - Resize 10% - Dup

C/P El 34 - Resize 40%

C/P El 24 - Resize 25%

Now add a Drop Shadow to your Elements  and Tubes

I used these Settings:   Effects - 3D - Drop Shadow 2/2/40/2/ Black

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible  

I used the Freehand Selection tool Settings: 

Freehand - Add 8 - Smoothing 8 - Anti-alias Checked

Made small oval shapes, one at a time, around the mask to add some shape

Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
