Winter's Here Forum Set Tutorial
When I saw this beautiful kit I had to make myself a new set.
I know it's not Winter in some places but I wanted to share it with you.

File - New Image - 200 x 600 pxls
C/P El 02
C/P Paper 05 - Move down
C/P El 01 - Resize 40% - Dup - Resize 95%
C/P El 13 - Resize 15%
C/P El 07 - Resize 30% - Sharpen -
C/P El 45 - Resize 20% - Sharpen
C/P El 10 - Resize 30% - Dup x 2
C/P El 43 - Resize 30% - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate 90 - Sharpen
Dup - Mirror
C/P El 42 - Resize 30% - Sharpen
Add a Inner Bevel to El 1 and El 7
Effects - 3D - Inner Bevel
Settings: Bevel 2 Width 6 Smooth 10 Depth 6 Amb.0 Shine. 15
Angle 315 Intensity 35 Elevation 55 Color white
Effects - 3D - Drop Shadow settings 2/2/25/2 Black
Add a Drop Shadow to Elements 01, 13, 07, 45, and 10
New Raster layer - Flood fill with Gradient
I used Colors Forground #bdcee0 Background #536b8c
Settings: Style: Linear Angle: 120 Repeats: 11
Selections - Modify - Contract - 5 - Hit Delete - Selections - Invert
Effects - 3D - Inner Bevel
Settings- Bevel 2 - Width 6 - Smooth. 10 - Depth 6 - Amb. 0 - Shine. 15
Angle 315 - Intensity 35 - Elevation 55 - Color White
Add Shadow 2/2/4o/2 Repeat but change to -2/-2
Text tool - Type Winter's here... I used font Gabriola size 48pxl stroke 1
On the Materials palette I just flipped the colors, Dark on top Gradient on bottom
Change the Stroke to 0 and give the Designer credit

New Raster Layer 150 x 150
C/P Paper from tag
C/P Elements of choice from tag
Repeat same steps for making the frame except Modify by 4
and change Shadow to 1/1/40/2 then -1/-1
Now add your Name to both and you're all done!!!
