Plug-in:  Xero Porcelain (Optional)

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.  I used PSPX2

Please be creative and choose whatever you want to make it your own.

Note:  Abbreviations used in all my tutorials

Elements = El  Copy/Paste = C/P  Duplicate = Dup  Paper = P  Template = Temp

Elements - Please reference my example for placement

New Raster Layer 700 x 700

C/P Frame 2

Select Magic Wand - click inside frame

Selections - Modify - Expand 7

C/P Paper of choice - I used P 09

Selections - Invert  - Delete - Move Paper to bottom

C/P Tube - Resize if needed

Plug-In - Xero - Porcelain - Preset settings

C/P El 15 - Resize 35%

C/P El 17 - Resize 50% - Image - Free Rotate Left 50.00

Duplicate - Flip

Layers - Merge Down X 2   Dup - Mirror

C/P El 35 - Resize 20%

I wanted this to be a little bit darker - your choice

Adjust - Manual Color Correction

With your Dropper Tool - Right click on El 35 for your Source Color

Then Dropper Tool - Left click on the color you want for your Target color

Add a Drop Shadow  I used settings: 2/2/40/2 Black

Dup - Resize 90% - Repeat this step X 2 so you have 3 different sizes (or more)

Dup each one several times then space around frame

C/P Word Art 

Add Drop Shadow to the rest of the Elements/Frame and Tube

Merge Visible

Resize 90%  All Layers Unchecked

Select paper of choice for your mask

I used paper 02

Edit - Copy paper

New Raster Layer

Move to Bottom

Selections - Select All   Edit - Paste into selection

Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask 

I used a Circled Mask

or Open a mask and Minimize it to your work space

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible  

Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
