This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.  I used PSPX2
Please be creative and choose whatever you want to make it your own.

Note:  Abbreviations used in all my tutorials
Elements = El  Copy/Paste = C/P  Duplicate = Dup  Paper = P  Template = Temp

Elements - Please reference my example for placement

C/P  F1
Select the Magic Wand - tap inside frame
Selections - Modify - Expand 7
C/P P3 - Resize 60% bring to bottom
Selections - Invert - Delete

C/P Tube - Resize 95%

C/P El 20 - Resize 50% - Image - Flip - Dup - Mirror
C/P El 09 - Resize 85%
Select your Freehand Selection tool
Settings: Freehand - Add - Feather 7 - Smoothness 10 - Antialias checked
Make a freehand - wavy -oval on the edge of one side of El 09
Hit Delete a few times - Selections - Select None
(getting rid of the sharp edges)
Repeat on the other side
Dup - Free Rotate 90
C/P El 30 - Resize 35%
C/P El 19 - Resize 35%
C/P El 12 - Resize 45% - Dup - Resize 95%
C/P El 22 - Resize 35%  - Free Rotate Right 90 - Dup - Mirror
C/P El 27 - Resize 40% - Dup

Now add a Drop Shadow to your Elements
I used these Settings:   Effects - 3D - Drop Shadow 2/2/40/2  Black

Select paper of choice for your mask
I used paper 02
Edit - Copy paper
New Raster Layer
Move to Bottom
Selections - Select All   Edit - Paste into selection
Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask
I used Mask Please Select your own
or Open a mask and Minimize it to your work space
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Crop - Resize - Sharpen if preferred

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
