This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.  I used PSPX2

Plug-in:  Xero - Porcelain
Font - Fontastique for name

C/P Frame2 - Resize 80%
Select your Magic Wand click inside frame
Selections - Modify - Expand 6
C/P P4 - Resize 65%
Selections - Invert - Delete
C/P  Your larger Tube -  Adjust, Mirror, Resize  if needed - Hit Delete
Selections - Select None
Plug-in - Xero Porcelain - Preset settings except change the Blue to 0
Effects - 3d - Drop Shadow  2/-2/50/7
C/P   Tube - Resize 75%  -  Plug-in  - Xero Porcelain same as before

Elements - Please reference my example for placement
C/P  El  4 -  Resize 70% - Mirror
C/P  El  1 - Resize 40%
C/P  El  11 - Resize 30%
C/P  El  12 - Resize 25%  - Sharpen - Sharpen More - Erase excess on top of stocking
C/P  WA 1 - Resize  70% - Sharpen - Duplicate move behind tube
Eraser tool - on top of WA erase  part of the C - see mine
C/P  El  10 - Move left - Bring to Bottom - Duplicate - Mirror
C/P  El  14 - Move down and left - Dup - Flip Mirror -  Dup - Flip move out to right

Now add a Drop Shadow to your Elements
I used these Settings:   Effects - 3D - Drop Shadow -   2/2/40/4 Black

Layers - Merge - Merge Visable

Select paper of choice for your mask, I used paper  1 , Resize if needed
Selections - Select All   Edit - Paste into selection
I used Mask  GemsMask 194
Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask - OK
or Open a mask and Minimize it to your work space
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Selections - Select None

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible - Sharpen if preferred
Crop - Resize if needed

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
