I used these Settings - Fat
Basics - Outside glow
Glow radius 15
Soft corners  0
Opacity 40
then 0/0/0

C/P your tube - Resize to your liking
Effects - Xero - Porcelain 
Preset settings but zero out the blue
Effects - 3d - Drop shadow
2/2/ 100/10 black

Adjust - Sharpen - Sharpen More
just  the Stars, Tree, Cauldron and the Eyes

Effects - 3d - Drop shadow
all the elements 
2/2/40/4 black

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Resize 95%

Select paper of choice for your mask, I used paper o3  , Resize if needed
Selections - Select All   Edit - Paste into selection
I used  WSL Mask 148
Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk - select your mask - OK
or Open a mask and Minimize it to your work space
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask - OK
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Selections - Select none
I resized this mask  Width - 100  Height - 120
Uncheck - Maintain Original Print Size and Lock Aspect Ratio

Layers - Merge- Merge Visible

Resize and Sharpen 

Add your proper Artists Copyright, License and Name
