This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP. I used PSPX2. Please be creative and use whatever you choose to use to make it your own. Any resemblance to this tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.
Let's get started ........
Open up your Template Shift - D to duplicate it - Close the original
Select Circle 1 - Selections - Float - Defloat
Open up paper 10 - Resize 70% - Copy - Paste as new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete
Select Circle 2 - Selections - Float - Defloat
Open up paper 8 - Resize 65% - Copy - Paste as new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete
Select Rect 1 - Selections - Float - Defloat
New Raster layer - Flood Fill with a gradient I used the black and grey from her hat with these settings Linear Angle 125 Repeats 11
Effects - Plug-ins Penta.com - color dot set at 42-2-255-255-255
Select Dodecagon - Selections - Float - Defloat
Open up paper 7 - Copy - Paste as new layer - Selections -Invert - Delete
Select Strip 1 - Selections - Float - Defloat
Open up paper 4 - Copy - Paste as new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete
Select Strip 2 - Selections - Float - Defloat
Open up paper 5 - Copy - Paste as new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete
Select Moon - Selections - Float - Defloat
Open up Paper 3 - Resize 50% - Copy - Paste as new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None
Effects - 3D - Inner Bevel I used these settings Bevel 2 Width 11 0/2/0/0 315/50/30 White
Select Frame Back - Selections - Float - Defloat
New Raster layer - Flood fill with gradient. I used colors Foreground ffff66 Background ade815
Settings Linear 90/5
Select Frame - Selections - Float - Defloat
New Raster layer - Flood fill with gradient. I used colors Foreground b1ee10 Background Black
Settings Linear 125/11
Now the Elements (El)
Please look at my tag for placement
El 65 Copy and Paste Resize 80%
El 56 Copy and Paste Resize 50%
El 10 Copy and Paste Resize 40%
El 04 Copy and Paste Resize 50% - Duplicate Resize 90% move over
El 26 Copy and Paste Resize 50%
El 07 Copy and Paste Resize 30% Duplicate move over
Now Add your Tube Resize as needed
El 20 Copy and Paste Resize 60% Free Rotate Right 15% If you're going to make it look like your tube is holding the broom you might have to play with the size and rotation.
Use your eraser and carefully erase her finger(s) to look like she's holding the broom.
Select your word art It's My Time - Select - Float - Defloat
New Raster layer - Flood Fill with color of choice I used same green from the gradient - Select None
Effects - 3D - Inner Bevel bevel 2 Width 5 3/2/0/12 315/50/30 white
Select you word art Witchin Time and repeat what you just did except change the color
I added Eye Candy - Gradient glow here, its up to you. Settings I used Fat outside 5.00/0/100/0/0/100 white
Now you can sharpen if you need to and add your shadows and a mask.
I used shadows: for my tube black 3/3/40/5 the elements 2/2/30/5 the word art 5/5/80/10
Please don't forget to add the proper Copyright info and a Name
