Falling Leaves Tutorial

I finally have some relief from this awful Carpal Tunnel stuff going on! It sure can ruin your days!  So I was able to do some PSPing and wrote this tutorial out for you.  
I love this kit.  The papers are beautiful, you have to see them, but then again all of Abstract Creations kits are fabulous!  This is a nice and easy tut.




Falling Leaves

Supplies

Kit:  Abstract Creations - Falling Leaves
You can find all her kits at CDO
Tube:  Alex Prihodko's  - SoonFall  gorgeous!
His tubes are at PicsForDesign
Mask:  I used Mask02  by my good friend Millie
you can grab it here Millie's PSP Madness
Plug-ins: Optional Xero -Porcelain
Font:  PT Valentine for name

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.  I used PSPX2.  Please be creative and choose whatever you want to make it your own.  Any resemblance to this tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

New raster image 700 x 700
Copy/Paste  Element 23
Magic Wand - Click in side frame
If you hold down the shift key while using the wand you can
click inside all the other little open spaces in the frame
Selections - Modify - Expand 8
Select your paper  I used P4
Copy/Paste  Resize 80%
Selections - Invert - Delete
Selections - Select None
Move paper to bottom

Elements = El  Please see my example for placement
El 38  Copy/Paste  move to Right
Duplicate - Flip - Image - Free Rotate Right 90
Move to top of frame
Trim excess with eraser or freehand selection tool
El 09  Copy/Paste Resize 40%  move behind frame
El  51  Copy/Paste  Resize 20%   Image - Mirror
Move behind frame
El 52  Copy/Paste  Resize 40%
El 14  Copy/Paste  Resize 85%
El 48  Copy/Paste  Resize 20%  Image - Free Rotate Left 20

Now add you tube, Resize if needed
Plug-in Xero Porcelain  Reset except move blue to zero
Sharpen your elements if desired
I prefer the Unsharp Mask not so sharp around edges
Effects - 3d - Shadows if desired
I used it on all the elements and tube at these settings:
2/2/40/4  black
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Add a new Raster Layer bring to bottom
We need a gradient unless you want to do use something else
Select your dropper tube and select two colors from tag
I used Foreground  eff8f2e  Background  fdbe5b
Gradient settings  Radial 180/6
Flood Fill your new Raster Layer
Effects - Blur - Gaussian blur 4
Select your mask
  I used MilliePSPMadness Mask02
Layers - Load Mask - Load from Disk
or Open a mask and Minimize it to your work space
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image then find your mask
load it
Layers -Merge - Merge Group
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Crop it desired
Resize to 600 x 600 if desired

Now Please add the proper Copy Right info for your tube Artist
and 
your license information if needed
and
your Name
