This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.  I used PSPX2

Elements = El  Copy/Paste = C/P  Duplicate = Dup  Paper = P  Template = Temp

Tube:  Black Skull by Arthur Crowe
Kit:  Girls Night Out by Abstract Creations  Her kits are at CDO

New Raster Layer  700 x 700
El 51   Resize 75%
Select your Magic Wand, Click inside chain frame
Selections - Modify - Contract - 6
C/P P3
C/P  Large Tube  Behind Paper
Change blend on Paper to Color (L)
Decrease Opacity 80%
Merge Down
Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None
Move behind frame

Elements - Please reference my example for placement
El 58 -  Resize 50%
El 55 - Resize 50%
El 01 - Resize 50% - Duplicate - Mirror
El 12 - Resize 50%
El 02 - Resize 50%
El 33 - Resize 33% - Duplicate
Drop Shadow for your elements and frame
Effects - 3D - Drop Shadow 2/2/40/4 Black

Now Add your Tube  I resized  mine 75%
Effects - 3D - Drop Shadow 2/2/40/4 Black repeat

El 27 - Place behind Stars and Microphone in front of all other elements
Erase  excess around foot and chain
El 54 - Resize 120%  Bring to bottom


Layers - Merge - Merge Visible  Sharpen if preferred
Crop - Resize if needed

Now add your Artist Copyright and your License info. and Name
